Some Thoughts on the District Court Ruling to Block DACA's Rescission

Here is my short take on U.S. District Judge William Alsup's ruling earlier this week that halted the Trump administration from ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program (DACA), but federal lawyers can appeal the ruling. KQED's Mina Kim spoke with me about the ruling.
