May 15 Live Oral Argument in Hawaii v. Trump in Ninth Circuit

The U.S Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit oral argument on President Trump's revised travel ban, State of Hawaii v. Trump, will air LIVE on C-SPAN Monday, May 15 beginning at 12:30pm ET.  The case will also air LIVE on C-SPAN.org and on the free C-SPAN Radio app.

Judges Michael Daly Hawkins, Richard Gould, and Richard Paez will hear the arguments in Seattle, Washington.  All of the judges were appointed to the Ninth Circuit by President Bill Clinton.  The panel enjoining the implementation of the first travel ban had one judge (Richard Clifton) appointed by President George W. Bush, but he sided by the unanimous majority.
