Amy Howe on SCOTUSBlog analyzes the oral arguments in the Supreme Court this morning in Lynch v. Morales-Santana. Here is the transcript. Here is the audio. It sounds like there is reason for Luis Morales-Santana to be cautiously optimistic. According to Howe, "After nearly an hour of oral argument, the justices seemed ready to agree with Morales-Santana, even if they could not necessarily reach a consensus on how to remedy the constitutional violation."
