Immigrant Rights Advocate To Speak at Democratic Convention

 

The Washington Post reports that the first day of the Democratic Convention will have as headline speakers Michelle Obama, Bernie Sanders, and Astrid Silva, a Mexican-born immigration advocate who appeared with President Obama in 2014 when he announced an immigration reform initiative.
