It is June: High Court to Decide United States v. Texas Any Day


June marks the end of the Supreme Court's 2015 Term.  As readers have no doubt not forgotten, an eight Justice Court is weighing the case of United States v. Texas in which the Fifth Circuit affirmed the district court's preliminary injunction barring implementation of the Obama administration's expanded deferred action programs.  There are other important cases pending as well, including one implicating women's right to choose.

The Court will issue opinions later this morning and through the end of June.  Stay tuned.  As soon as the case is decided, ImmigrationProf will be running commentary on the Court's decision.
