The Four Lawyers Arguing United States v. Texas

SCOTUS Blog has reported that the following four lawyers will argue before the Supreme Court tomorrow in United States v. Texas:

  • Texas Solicitor General Scott Keller (formerly Chief Counsel to Presidential candidate Ted Cruz), for the twenty-six states challenging DAPA and expanded DACA, andScottKeller
