Margulies on the Oral Arguments in United States v. Texas

Peter Margulies comments on the oral arguments in United States v. Texas on Lawfare.  Margulies, who filed an amicus brief in the case on behalf of former Department of Homeland Security and other U.S. government employees, wrote that "[u]fortunately, Justices Ginsburg, Kagan, and Sotomayor—three liberal Justices whose opinions I usually admire" seemed to be accepting Solicitor  General Donald Verilli's theory of presidential power over immigration.
