What’s Really at Stake in the Supreme Court’s Big Immigration Case

Here's an interesting piece by Spencer Amdur on United States v. Texas. He argues that the case's deeper subtext is obstruction—both by pro-enforcement states and by line-level DHS agents—and that DAPA is simply an attempt to make agents follow discretion-channeling policies that have already been in place for some time.
