Briefs on Cert Petition in United States v. Texas

SCOTUSBlog has posted the various briefs filed in connection with the pending certiorari petition in United States v. Texas,  The latest brief was submitted by intervenors -- three individuals who proceed under the pseudonyms Jane Doe #1, Jane Doe #2, and Jane Doe #3 who are undocumented immigrant mothers of U.S. citizen children and longtime residents of Texas.  They will be eligible to apply for deferred action if the Guidance is implemented.
