Republican Candidates Dodge Immigration Questions

Time Magazine summarizes in this article analyzing how the Republican field of Presidential candidates has one thing in common -- for the time being, they want to dodge discussing immigration as an issue.  The hope apparently is to appeal to the conservative king-makers in the primary campaigns by talking tough on immigration while courting the Latino vote in the general election by softening their immigration positions.
