Solicitor General Admits Misleading High Court

Daniel M. Kowalski on LexisNexis Immigration Law Community reports that, after being raked over the coals for misleading the Supreme Court in Nken v. Holder, 556 U.S. 418 (2009), the Solicitor General's office filed a letter with the Court on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 in which it admits to having been less than candid with the Court.
