A Novel Idea: Fair Treatment for All Municipal Residents
Perhaps I spend too much time complaining about the Arizonas of the immigration world. Kirk Semple of the New York Times reports about six cities, including San Francisco, California and New Haven, Connecticut, that issue identifiucations to all -- including undocumented -- residents. This relatively minor step has huge positive impacts on the quality of life of undocumented residents.
