George Will on Birthright Citizenship

George Will jumps on the anti-birthright citizenship bandwagon with Professor Lino Graglia, who calls for a reinterpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment in the Texas Law & Politics ReviewDownload Graglia[1]

Professor Graglia, a long vocal advocate for ending race-conscious affirmative action, apparently is attempting to expand his list of enemies to include immigrants.

I thought that Gerry Neuman's effective response to this argument had put this issue to rest over a decade ago.
