Legal Arizona Workers Act Upheld by 9th Circuit

The Ninth Circuit today, in CPLC v Napolitano, upheld as constitutional the Legal Arizona Workers Act, that imposes state sanctions on employers who hire people who do not have federal work authorization.

I need some information about him, where I can find a registry for Greece sitizent who worked in USA in 1903.
