Mexico town puts on a holiday show for migrants

Hector_tobar_la_times Migrants living in Chicago, Los Angles, and other U.S. cities are warmly greeted during the holidays in Jalpa, Zacatecas, their native home.  "For Jalpa's civic leaders, organizing a good party for the migrants is the least they can do -- over the years, the migrants have sent home millions of dollars to their families and communities.
