Debate of (Immigration) Giants
All this week, Tamar Jacoby (senior fellow at the Manhattan Institute)and Mark Krikorian (executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, a think tank that supports tighter controls on immigration) debate the pros, the cons and the indefinables of immigration.
