DHS stands in the way of true love
In the course of the national immigration debate, the issue of the bureaucratic nightmare sometimes faced by legal immirgants was not front and center. But it is a problem. The latest example: because the Department of Homeland Security missed its deadline for creating a new form that would collect legislatively mandated information from visa sponsors of foreign brides, about 10,000 couples have been unable to proceed with their marriages.
