Schwab Memorial Essay Contest for Law Students
The ABA Family Law Section is accepting entries from current law students for the 2023 Howard C. Schwab Memorial Essay contest. The subject may be any aspect of family law. Essays should be limited to approximately 5,000 words (25 double-spaced, typewritten pages including footnotes). Student competition winners receive a monetary award and may also have the opportunity of publication with the Family Law Quarterly. Essays that are scheduled to be published elsewhere or that have previously been published are ineligible for consideration. Entry forms must be completed by April 7, 2023 and articles must be submitted by April 21, 2023. More information is available here.

Nowadays, students often ask for help in writing essays. This happens for various reasons. Most often, lack of time. Most students have many academic subjects or combine studying with work. I believe that students should be able to write essays, it develops critical thinking.
