From Review Times:
Judge Jay A. Meyer and the Seneca County Juvenile Court have announced a new partnership with the Capital University Law School Family & Youth Law Center Helpline to offer free legal services to qualifying Seneca County residents in certain family law-related matters.
The helpline provides information, guidance and coaching for pro se litigants. Though helpline attorneys will not represent clients, they will provide the legal guidance to help parties better represent themselves.
There are qualifications to be met for the callers. Additionally, calls are to relate to the issues of family law and callers are not to have a conflict of interest with other callers to the helpline.
