Stay-at-home orders need to address families of divorce

When The Post set out to decipher Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan’s (R) recent “stay-at-home” order, the paper assumed that the most pressing question for some readers would be: “Can I walk my dog or go out for a run?” But for many Marylanders, including me, there was a more urgent question that neither the language of Hogan’s order nor the news accounts addressed: What about families where children live in two households because their parents are divorced?
