When it comes to Utah's legislation, I believe this is a significant step forward. Another problem is DV. Domestic violence is quite frequent, and many individuals commit it without even recognizing it. I served probation for a minor domestic violence charge, which resulted in the divorce of my marriage. I was going through a really tough time, and if it hadn't been for friends, family, and the lovely probation officer from who made me read materials on the matter, I would never have gotten out of the dark place.
