Tosoni & Bygrave on Data Protection and Law Enforcement in the EU

This work provides a commentary on the definitions set out in Article 3 of the EU Law Enforcement Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/680). The Directive lays down data protection rules for the law enforcement and criminal justice sector in EU/EEA Member States.
