Yesterday's Statements Respecting Cert Denials

Amy Howe has this post at ScotusBlog, describing the three cases and linking to the statements. One involved the permissibility of denying a sentence reduction because of a defendant's suppression motion. The second involved denial of a request for an evidentiary hearing in federal post-conviction proceedings in a death sentence case. The third involved the brief closure of a courtroom during a criminal proceeding.
