Shestak on Psychogenetics

Viktor Shestak (Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO)) has posted Psychogenetics. Is It Possible to Apply It in Modern Penal Law and Criminal Procedure Law? Author briefly explores possibilities of applying researches about psychogenetics including allelomorphic variations in modern penal law. Likely consequences of use behavioral and psychiatric genetic evidences in penal law and criminal procedure law are studied.
