Zeno-Zencovich on Social Media and Fair Trial

The article analyses what are the new issues social media present when discussing the relationship between the need for a fair trial and freedom of information and comment. The article highlights how social media put a strain on the idea that justice should be removed from individuals and groups and put in the hands of specialised and independent institutons.
