This is an edited transcript of a panel on the legacy of Justice Antonin Scalia in the field of criminal law and criminal procedure. The panel was moderated by Judge David Stras, and the panelists were Professor Rachel Barkow, Judge Stephanos Bibas, Professor Orin Kerr, and Paul Larkin. The panel was part of the 2016 annual lawyer's convention of the Federalist Society, "The Jurisprudence and Legacy of Justice Scalia."
