I have a stepson who has been wrongly convicted of murder and sentenced to 53 years in prison; Pelican Bay, CA. He acted in self defense and the
DA manipulated and forced the witness,a younster, to testify according to the DA's instructions, and that was the only evidence that the DA came up with.
This young man walked into a house, where our relative was visiting, and asked our relative what gang he belonged to and who he was. Our relative answered "I dont think it is any of your business." The kid who walked in pulled out a gun and shot at our relative, missing him. Then in self defense, our relative drew a weapon and shot his dead.
Is there any way you can help us with this case, because our relative keeps saying that he acted in self defense.
If you would be so kind as to answer my email,I would appreciate it, as we have no other option.

Thank you very much.
