MA: Are Fingerprints Fallible?

The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court heard argument last week in a case challenging the scientific validity of fingerprint evidence.  Three Boston CrimProfs, BU's  Stanley Fisher, Northeastern's Daniel Givelber and New England's David Siegel wrote this amicus brief arguing that fingerprint comparison evidence has not been scientifically tested and validated.
