Goodbye to this blog and thanks

Dear all:

It is real work to write a blog.  Stacey Lantagne has done a tremendous and highly admirable job for a long time posting when I couldn't due to first my tenure fight, then cancer, and most recently my mother's death and my run for judge in LA County (see www.dellingerforjudge.com).  I thank her very much for so doing.

I don't foresee being able to do a decent job on this in the near future, if at all, so I have chosen to close the blog down.

Thanks for reading, everyone, and good luck to everyone!  Remember, kindness matters.

Happy(?) New Year

Hello, all! 2020 has certainly gotten started as noisily as possible.

You may have noticed that I haven't been around these parts as much. I took on a new position at work that has added a lot of administrative responsibilities, and I kept thinking I'd be able to clear time to blog and just never was able to get there. Therefore, Myanna and I are looking for some folks who might be interested in helping us out and sharing the blog load a little.
