Civ Pro Issues Galore in New Case Against UN

A class action has been filed in federal court agains the United Nations for problems with a cholera outbreak in Haiti.  Stay tuned -- I'm sure that there will be procedure issues galore with governments, the UN, aliens torts, and class actions.
