Conference Announcement
On September 7, Charleston School of Law will host a one-day symposium entitled "Punitive Damages, Due Process, and Deterrence: The Debate After Williams." The symposium will focus on the impact of the Supreme Court's decision in Philip Morris USA v. Williams and will include a distinguished list of speakers and panelists.
