GWU Law School panel discussion on South China Sea arbitration
Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 12:15 pm, in Lerner 402 at George Washington University Law School, 2000 H St. NW, Washington, DC.
Here are the details:
Professor Murphy provided a summary of the case's essential aspects and an analysis of its two main contents: the Arbitral Tribunal's decision rejecting China's spurious claims to sovereignty and the dispute's resolution.

China lost a lot of soft power since the Tribunal ruled against China in her absence. Paradoxically after the decision, the Philippines tried to alienate USA to please China in its diplomatic posturing.
