Kazakhstan Fixes Operator Certificates with ICAO's Help

The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), through its Universal Safety Oversight Audit Programme (USOAP), identified failings in Kazakhstan's air operator certification process substantial enough to warrant a Significant Safety Concern (SSC) designation. ICAO brought in a multinational team of experts as part of its No Country Left Behind initiative, and the identified problems have now been declared resolved.
