State Courts are Cool
I have to admit, I took the title of this blog post from Judge Dillard of the Georgia Court of Appeals. He (naturally) is a strong supporter of and advocate for state courts. The most recent issue of the Journal of Appellate Practice and Process, which is now live, is dedicated to the great work of state courts. The formal announcement is pasted below. This issue contains what just might be the first-ever law review essay by a 10-year-old and her 8-year-old brother! Enjoy!
