A Winning Legal Argument

An interesting legal approach. Regardless of the fashon logic, normally, I'd say there is a substantive due process problem with mandating that all shoes be "sparkly." However, given this Supreme Court, if the conservative five likes sparkly shoes, I think they would uphold such a legislative mandate (and allow private persons to collect a bounty for informing in persons whose shoes were not sparkling sufficiently).
