Antitrust and Consumer Protection State Legislation Monitoring Project

Antitrust and Consumer Protection State Legislation Monitoring Project: The ABA Antitrust Section’s Legislation Committee is seeking student and young lawyer volunteers who are interested in contributing to the Antitrust Section by monitoring states’ legislative developments relating to antitrust, privacy, and consumer protection.  Each student will monitor legislative developments in two or three states and prepare blog posts or articles on developments of interest to the antitrust community.  The blog posts are widely distributed to antitrust practitioners and FTC and DOJ officials.
