Justice Department Concludes Its Investigation of D.C.-Area Private High Schools’ Decision to Stop Offering Advanced Placement Courses

This is a really interesting investigation, now concluded.  And how many antitrust parents didn't alert the schools that this might present antitrust risk?  For those who claim antitrust does not focus on non-price competition (an odd claim as antitrust always has), this is exhibit one that non-price issues matter.
