Simone Pieri,ICLA Italia Jacques Moscianese, ESSEC Business School and Irene de Angelis, Intesa Sanpaolo describe In-house Compliance of EU Competition Rules in Practice.

ABSTRACT: The heavy sanctionatory and reputational damage that may follow a violation of EU competition rules is duly taken into account by undertakings that have dramatically increased the investments in competition compliance.
