As a former US serviceman and member of a UK/US public relations society, I would hope that the judge in Philadelphia release Norris on OR till the trial. I followed this case when I lived in London and met Norris. He is being treated very unfairly for the egos of some prosecutors, and is in fact innocent. They are mad that the original charge of price fixing had not merit as it was legal in the UK, and the House of Lords rejected their request for extradition on that, so they stuck on obstruction charges that have no merit. In the interests of the United States of America, Norris ought to go free and real cases ought to be tried. These tough guy prosecutors fail to keep terrorists off of planes because they are wasting time with honest men like Norris.
