Intel's motion to dismiss due May 2

Intel intends to file a motion to dismiss AMD's complaint (see below)for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.   AMD's complaint, which comapres Intel to Standard Oil and ALCOA, alleges that the chip manufactured ahs engaged in exclusionary practices that have monopolized the microprocessor market.
