University of Utah Symposium to honor John J. Flynn

The University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and the Utah Law Review will host a symposium honoring the scholarship of John J. Flynn, Hugh B. Brown Professor of Law Emeritus, who retired from active teaching in May 2005 after more than 40 years in the classroom.  For more information on registration and schedule, see the Symposium web page.  As we all know, Professor Flynn is a leading antitrust scholar and the author of a noted  casebook.   I was fortunate to meet him at Spencer Waller's antitrust workshop last year and saw  upclose what a personable, congenial scholar he is.
