Too Narrow a Window for Competition?

The Harlem Ambassadors are challenging the use of exclusivity windows by the Harlem Globetrotters in their contracts with local venues.  The Ambassadors, an exhibition basketball team like the Globetrotters,  has filed a complaint with the FTC claiming that the "window" are anti-competitive.
