Also speechless. Given the totality of circumstances, not only was the appellate court unreasonable, the district court was just plainly retributive without regard to her personal circumstances and individuality.

she should have remained speechless rather than show such flagrant disrespect for the court after her initial sentencing. Let's see her do 10 years "standing on her head". She brought it on herself and deserves every day of that sentence
