Lanny A. Breuer - Head of DOJ Criminal Division

Lanny A. Breuer was confirmed as Assistant Attorney General and will be heading up the DOJ's criminal division. The vote was 88 yea, 0 nays, and 11 not voting. See here.  DOJ issued this press release here.
