Attorney-Client Privilege Hearing Set

The Senate Committee on the Judiciary has issued a notice of a hearing on September 18, 2007 on "Examining Approaches to Corporate Fraud Prosecutions and the Attorney-Client Privilege Under the McNulty Memorandum."
