Job Posting - The Criminal Enforcement Sections of the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division
The Criminal Enforcement Sections of the U.S. Department of Justice Tax Division are seeking experienced prosecutors to handle and supervise criminal tax prosecutions in the federal district courts throughout the United States. The cases involve traditional violations of criminal tax laws by taxpayers having legal sources of income, as well as cases involving financial institution fraud, securities fraud, health care fraud, public corruption, organized crime activities, and narcotics trafficking. We seek candidates who share a passion for litigation and have a unique combination of personal qualities and professional experience. A good match for this position will be someone who is highly motivated, high energy, articulate, flexible, and is both collaborative and independent.
