According to an article in the Tampa Tribune (AP), the website is not limited to street crime cases. Witnesses who testify as part of their cooperation, are being exposed on this website. And one person included is former Govenor John G. Rowland who served time and also testified in a corruption case. Although this new website may sound good to some accused of crimes, it may be a potential problem if judges start limiting discovery for fear that the information might end up on a website.
