Former Gemstar Executive Gets Civil Penalty
The Wall Street Journal reports here that former CEO of Gemstar-TV Guide International, Inc., Henry C. Yuen, has been ordered to pay $22.3 million. He also will be barred "from serving as an officer or director of a publicly traded company." But it sounds like there may be an appeal of this ruling.
