Sentencing in BALCO Related Cases
Victor Conte, founder of BALCO received 4 months in prison and 4 months of home confinement in his sentencing today. Two others were also sentenced today, namely the VP of BALCO, who received probation, and Greg Anderson, Barry Bonds' trainer, who received a sentence of 3 months in prison and 3 months home release (See Sports Illustrated - Reuters here; Mercury News here).
