Re-Evaluating the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
The Wall Street Jrl here provides a podcast and in-depth analysis of the 2002 Sarbanes Oxley Act. Of particular interest in this podcast and articles are how this legislation effects small businesses. One of the more fascinating aspects of this review is that "according to a Wall Street Journal Online/Harris Interactive personal-finance poll" "a large proportion of U.S. investors believe financial and accounting regulations governing publicly held companies are still too lenient." (see here).
